Altar Servers |
|
This ministry is a wonderful
opportunity to become involved in the Church community at an early age by
assisting the celebrant at Sunday Masses and Services. {Boys and girls 2nd
grade & up who have received their First Eucharist}{15 min. before and after
mass} |

Art & Environment |
|
Our mission is to help create an environment for
prayerful worship and enhance our celebration of the Eucharist through
design and creation of banners and floral arrangements. {Adults} {TBA,
occasional meetings} |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Eucharistic Ministers |
|
Serving with the celebrant, we distribute either the
Body (in the form of bread) or the Blood (in the form of wine) of our Lord
at the communion of the Mass. Training is available for all parishioners
interested in this ministry. {Adults} |

|
|
|
Grounds Maintenance |
|
This committee is divided into two separate groups:
those that care for the lawn area and those that care for the flowerbed
areas. Lawn equipment is provided by the parish. {All} {TBA, occasional
meetings} |
|
|
|
Homebound Ministry |
|
This ministry helps support the mission of the parish
by reaching out to those who are unable to attend Mass and Eucharist due to
illness, age, or other circumstances. {Adults} {TBA, occasional meetings} |

|
Knights of Columbus Roundtable - (A Catholic
men's fraternal organization) |
|
We are dedicated to the principles of charity, unity,
fraternity, and patriotism. Through scholarships, firewood, Christmas
Card sales, a great affordable insurance program, various ministries and
seminarian support we support family, community, and Church.. |

|
Lectors |
|
Lectors are asked to study assigned selections of the
New and Old Testaments. The lector's gift of his or her voice in conjunction
with the Holy Spirit proclaims the Word so the community may hear the
intended message. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Liturgy Committee |
|
The mission of the the Liturgy committee is to create
an environment that is warm, welcoming and beautiful through prayer,
reflection and planning for upcoming liturgical seasons. The Pastor, Deacon and
representatives from all the liturgical ministries prepare and assist the
assembly to participate in liturgy. The committee meets the first Wednesday
of every month at 7:30pm. |

Music Ministry |
|
The music ministry facilitates the community's sung
prayer during Liturgy, which in turn makes our gathering a celebration of
God's presence in our midst. Music brings alive the Words of
Scripture. |
|
|
|
Pastoral Council |
|
Council members develop priorities and directions for
the parish by giving all a voice in guiding and directing parish life. The
council fosters communication among parish leadership and can be a vehicle
to inform the Bishop of parish needs. Council meets the second Tuesday every
month at 7:30pm. |
|
|
|
Religious Education |
|
This is a school year process for children pre-K
through 5th grade to help them grow in understanding and living the Catholic
faith. We accomplish this October through May through weekly classes held on
Sundays from 9:30 to 10:15am (Before Mass) |

Right to life |
|
Sacristan |
|
We serve the Lord and our Parish community by setting
the table for our weekly Eucharistic meal. The host, wine, goblets, linens
and bowls are set up 1/2 hour before mass, and are removed following Mass.
This is a perfect ministry for busy men, women, and teens. |

|
|
Social Committee |
|
The Social Committee sponsors social events throughout
the year such as Coffee and Donut hour after Sunday Mass, Parish Picnics,
and many more. Members may participate in as many or as few of the
activities as they wish. |
|
|
|
Social Actions Committee (Peace and Justice) |
|
We identify social needs in and beyond our community.
Opportunities are provided to meet these needs through direct service,
outreach and advocacy. |
|
|
|
St. Ann's Altar Society |
|
St. Ann's provides an opportunity for fellowship of
women in the Parish while raising money for the needs of the Church. St.
Ann's provides many services to the Parish including: receptions following
funeral services, maintenance of Altar Linens, many fundraising activities,
and more. |
|
|
|
Ushers/Greeters |
|
This ministry welcomes and assists the congregation by
answering questions, finding seating, and coordinating the Offertory
collection at Mass. Any registered parishioner with a bright smile and a
warm handshake is welcome. |
|
|
|
Youth Ministry (Junior CYO & Senior CYO) |
|
One of the missions of our parish is to provide
leadership, teaching, retreats, service opportunities, social events and
ongoing formation so that our teens can become gospel centered, faith filled
members of our parish. {6th through 12th grade} |
